2. Booking & Confirmation

• A service request can be made through call, email, or website form.
• Bookings are confirmed only after our team verifies details.
• We reserve the right to decline a booking if information is incomplete or outside our service zone.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure:

• Accurate pick-up and drop address
• Clear vehicle condition at handover
• Availability during car collection and delivery
• No illegal activities or goods inside the vehicle
• Valid insurance, documents, and fuel availability

4. Driver Responsibility

Our drivers are trained and verified.

They are responsible for:

• Safely handling and driving the vehicle
• Following all traffic rules
• Coordinating with service centers when required

5. Vehicle Condition & Damages

• The customer must declare any existing damages during pick-up.
• DRIVEZONE takes maximum care during movement; however:
  1. We are not liable for damages caused by workshop/service-centre activities.
  2. We are not responsible for mechanical failures or issues unrelated to driver handling.

Any dispute will be reviewed based on available evidence and driver notes.

6. Payments & Charges

• Prices depend on distance, location, and service type.
• Full payment must be made after service is completed.
• No refunds once service is delivered.

7. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 1 hour before scheduled pick-up.
• Last-minute cancellations may attract a nominal charge.

8. Safety & Compliance

We follow all safety guidelines and legal requirements.

Customers must not request drivers to break traffic rules or drive under risky conditions.

9. Limitation of Liability

DRIVEZONE INDIA PVT LTD is not liable for:

• Delays due to traffic, weather, or workshop timelines
• Personal items left inside the vehicle
• Service-centre workmanship or charges
• Third-party damages or incidents beyond our control

All content, text, images, and branding on our website belong to DRIVEZONE INDIA PVT LTD. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.
